California-born costume maker and passionate nerd, Kelsey has created works for stage, film, and television since 2008. Some of these include pieces for Reign, CSI: Las Vegas, Once Upon A Time, the New York Shakespeare Company, and more. They have a BA in Costume Construction and have just completed their MA in Historical Costume.
