The Ineffable Con 5 will take place in the tranquil surroundings of Moor Hall in the Berkshire village of Cookham.
This venue offers us complete privacy and a huge variety of spaces, as well as being only 20 minutes from the filming location for Tadfield.
We are now booking our overflow accommodation, as the main convention venue is full.
Overflow accommodation is available within walking distance at the following:
The Odney Club (0.4 miles): £100 per room per night, single occupancy – double occupancy is not recommended here, as it increases the rate to £200 per room per night
Bel & The Dragon pub (0.4 miles): £175 per room per night, single or double occupancy
Tickets have been set up for two nights, Friday and Saturday, in the overflow accommodation. You are welcome to stay on Sunday night; we would recommend joining us in the main convention venue, Moor Hall, at £65 single occupancy and £78 double occupancy. We will be able to store your luggage for you on Sunday. If you would prefer to remain in your overflow room, please email us at email@example.com before buying your tickets to discuss availability.
Please note that the bus for the Tadfield tour on Sunday evening is now full. As such, if you wish to stay on Sunday night, you will need to make arrangements for your evening meal. Breakfast on Monday morning will be provided.
